Morning Bible Study

It has been almost half year, since the men's morning Bible Study started.
And I am loving the time.

We meet at 6:00am at Stratbucks on main street called route 58.
There, we read Bible, pray and encourage one another.

It's usually little more than half an hour, relatively short as Bible Study, but the time is really rich.
I love how guys there, older brother in faith, always talk about the goodness of God.
We are going through Psalms, and encouraging to pray the chapter of the Psalm we read there throughout the week and share the experience you get.

One of the many things, why I like this gathering is that all of us (it's my day-off today, so I'm exempt yet..) go to work afterwards.
So, I feel like that we are there before the battle; arming up, checking and motivating one another to fight a good fight at the battle field that is our work place (it can be home, among friends ..... etc too)

Second, I love it because we focus more on God's goodness.
I think, a lot of times, as we live in world, we see injustice, evildoers prospering, sometimes Christians dragged by the worldly standards. Then, we talk about how wrong and bad the people and the world is going, and how they really should act.

Of course, those can be true and needs to be discussed.
But, I find myself a little frustrated, when we just take a lot time pointing out and talking about what sin we need to repent and how we should act...etc, because what I really want to see and talk about it the Glorious works of Christ and Who God is.

At men's morning Bible Study, these men share, talk about and encourage with how the Psalm teaches us about God, Who He is and His faithfulness and glory, and they are encouraged by them. and This is very encouraging to me.

It takes a commitment to come such an early morning. But I, I think other guys as well, believe the time is worth it.

I hope to share how God is speaking to me at the bible study sometimes.

And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

long time ago, but I only found this one.....
